The decorative panels were commissioned by the architect and owner of Clark County Title Co. This building had several ownerships since its dedication. IQ Credit Union is the final owner. The building had to come down to make way for other development and the Credit Union along with City of Vancouver, had 36 of the decorative panels removed to be displayed at the Vancouver Waterfront Development.
